These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nexuspeptides.eu (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Nexus Peptides (“Nexus Peptides”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a researcher, scientific professional, or authorised institution to use this Site and to purchase our products. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Research use only — intended use
All products supplied by Nexus Peptides are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, and are not medicines, food supplements, cosmetics, or products for any therapeutic, diagnostic, prophylactic or cosmetic purpose. Our products must not be administered to humans or animals. By purchasing, you accept sole responsibility for the safe and lawful handling, use, storage and disposal of the products in a suitably equipped research environment.
3. Buyer responsibility & legal compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import, possession and use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable laws and regulations before ordering. Nexus Peptides accepts no liability for any use of the products outside the scope of laboratory research or in breach of applicable law.
4. Products, descriptions & pricing
We take care to describe products accurately, including purity and presentation. Minor variations may occur. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include or exclude tax as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices and product availability at any time without notice.
5. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where we cannot verify research use, or where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our available payment methods. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. All payment details are handled by our payment providers under their own security standards.
7. Shipping & delivery
We dispatch across the European Union, typically within 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
8. Cancellations & returns
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies under EU consumer law, you may have the right to cancel within the applicable cooling-off period. However, for reasons of safety, integrity and contamination control, sealed research reagents that have been opened, used, or are otherwise unsuitable for return cannot be returned once unsealed. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to support@nexuspeptides.eu promptly upon receipt so we can resolve the issue.
9. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, branding, graphics and layout, is owned by or licensed to Nexus Peptides and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of the products outside their intended research-only purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Nexus Peptides is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
